Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a qualified professional to apply a full range of acquisition program management philosophy, policies, and procedures in support of the F-15 Division aircraft programs.

The role involves developing and reviewing documentation such as MOAs, MOUs, SOOs, SOWs, RFPs, ORD, ICDs, CPD, AoA analyses, and RFRDs, coordinating inputs from multiple functional areas, and supporting milestone planning.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to sensitive customer-related requirements.
• High School Diploma plus 20 years of DoD experience.
• Associate’s Degree plus 14 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 12 years of experience.
• Master’s Degree plus 10 years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of MOAs, MOUs, SOOs, PWSs, SOWs, RFPs, ORD, ICD, CDD, CPD, AoA, and RFRD documents.
• Support review of proposals and coordinate inputs from multiple resources to consolidate into common documents.
• Assist in collecting programmatic inputs from weapons systems offices for USAF and FMS F-15 configurations.
• Plan for accomplishment of program milestones across functional areas.

Job description

The candidate shall apply a full range of acquisition program management philosophy, policies, and procedures, to perform a wide range of acquisition management activities in support of the existing and future F-15 Division aircraft programs.

Essential Job Functions:

The candidate shall assist with the development of documents, such as, but not limited to, Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), Statements of Objective (SOOs), PWSs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Mission Needs Statements, Operational Requirements Documents (ORD), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), Milestone Documentation, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and Rapid Fielding Requirements Documents (RFRD).

The candidate shall support the review of proposals as assigned by the Government. The candidate shall assist with the following coordination of documentation between functional resources, including but not limited to, financial, management, procurement, engineering, and logistics) and assist with the consolidation of their inputs into common documents, and planning for the accomplishment of various program milestones.

The candidate shall assist in the collection of programmatic inputs from weapons systems program offices for defining, developing, and managing the acquisition and development/upgrades to the various USAF and FMS F-15 aircraft configurations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma plus 20 years of experience 8 of which must be in the DoD, an Associate’s Degree plus 14 years, a Bachelor’s Degree plus 12 years of experience or a Master’s Degree plus 10 years of experience is required.

Active Secret clearance.
