StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a full time FMS Management Analyst in Patuxent River, MD. The role supports Case Managers and Program Managers on Foreign Military Sales programs, primarily Australia, ensuring ITAR compliance and program data management.

Responsibilities include data analysis, scheduling, document control, and coordination with domestic teams to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
• Knowledge of FMS policies and procedures.
• Experience with AMS Tools (CSPT, PMT, CDRL) desired.
• High proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Applies analytic techniques in evaluating program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects and interprets data related to aircraft/weapon/project programs.
• Tracks program status and schedules; handles documentation and data management.
• Tracks release of controlled documents to foreign nationals and governments.
• Reviews and sanitizes technical docs for FMS before government review.
• Generates and maintains FMS schedules and milestones.
• Supports policy adoption for foreign country integration of requirements.
• Identifies impediments to case closure and corrective actions.
• Coordinates with domestic personnel to optimize costs and configurations.
