SUMMARY:The Maintenance Training Instructor (Instructor) is responsible for delivering technical training to foreign military students (FMS) in accordance with Company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for the F-16 platform. This role develops and conducts classroom and hands-on training to ensure students receive qualifications, and are current and proficient in maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements. The instructor also evaluates student performance, updates training materials, and supports continuous improvement of the maintenance training program. The Maintenance Training Instructor must be able to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, talk, walk, hear, see, and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position requires close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This role is performed around loud noises and hazardous chemicals with exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risks of electrical shock.
