HX5, LLC is seeking a FMS Acquisition Manager to join our team at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio, supporting Foreign Military Sales. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule within core hours and requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency eligibility.

The role emphasizes DoD acquisition expertise, effective program management, and the ability to travel as needed. Our team collaborates on security assistance, compliance, and data management across projects.

Qualifications

• Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: High school diploma, fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, and five (5) years of DoD experience; Bachelor's degree, ten (10) years of relevant experience, and three (3) years of DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will utilize and maintain expert knowledge in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Security Assistance (SA), technology transfer, disclosure and releasability, export/import compliance, risk management, program/project management, Total Package Approach (TPA) logistics support/sustainment, technical data management, contractor services, and training support.
• This person will assist in maintaining and updating program/project management documents, developing standard plans and operating instructions/procedures, financial management, developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and critical path models, identifying, assessing, and documenting acquisition and acquisition logistics resource requirements, evaluating and responding to Letters of Request (LOR), formulating Letter of Offer and Acceptance Data (LOAD), and Manpower Requirements Packages (MRP).

HX5 is currently seeking a FMS Acquisition Manager to join our team in Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio in Support of the Foreign Military Sales Directorate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within six (6) months of start date.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
