Jackson Physician Search is assisting in recruiting a Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician for a mature rural FMOB program in Minnesota. The position offers a flexible practice with focus on Women's Health, Obstetrics, Family Medicine, or a customized mix, and a 4-day work week with 12-15 patients per day.

Join a team of 8 Family Medicine physicians, an OB/GYN, and 4 midwives, with 230-250+ annual deliveries and on-site mentorship for C-section privileges, plus a comprehensive guaranteed

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive FMOB care in a rural, established program.
• Participate in obstetric care, including potential C-sections.
• Collaborate with an OB/GYN and midwives for patient care.
• Maintain patient flow in a 4-day work week with 12-15 patients daily.

Package

• $311K+ guaranteed base salary
• $24K+ OB stipend + $24K+ hospital coverage stipend + $10K+ C-section incentive
• Total guaranteed compensation exceeds $370K before productivity incentives
• Additional RVU earning potential

• Additional compensation for extra call coverage beyond required rotation
