Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician to join a physician-led group at a 20-bed critical access hospital in Nebraska. The role features a four-day clinical week with OB as the sole call obligation and a partner APP team for inpatient rounds and ER coverage.

The position offers up to a $400,000 base salary plus productivity incentives, plus $180K in tuition assistance, sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in Family Medicine with obstetrics preferred.
• Ability to manage obstetric calls and deliveries.
• Comfort with broad procedural scope and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Join a physician-led group of FM physicians with APP support.
• Maintain a four-day clinical week with ~14 patients per day.
• OB call only; inpatient rounding and ER covered by APP team.
• Perform deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, colposcopy, colonoscopy, vasectomy.
• Grow and serve an established OB and primary care panel.

Position Details

• Physician-led group of three Family Medicine physicians, supported by a growing advanced practice team
• Four-day clinical week built around a sustainable, RVU-based patient volume (about 14 patients per day)
• OB call only - Inpatient rounding and ER covered by dedicated APP team
• Broad procedural scope including deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, colposcopy, colonoscopy, vasectomy, and more based on your interest, with mentorship built in
• Established, actively growing OB and primary care patient panel already being directed your way
• Up to $400,000 base salary, plus productivity incentives
