The ideal candidate will hold a PhD or MSc in a related field with 5+ years of hands-on development experience, and a proven track record of launching consumer products from concept to market.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or Master's in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on product development experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record of launching consumer products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of product formulation and manufacturing processes for FMCG.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, analytical methods, and statistics.
• Excellent problem-solving and multi-project management abilities.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in FMCG.
• Experience with pilot plant operations and scale-up processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead R&D of new FMCG products from ideation to commercial production.
• Conduct product formulation studies evaluating materials and processing techniques.
• Design experiments for testing, stability studies, and sensory analysis.
• Analyze data and generate reports with recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality control, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, QA, and Manufacturing on launches.

• Troubleshoot technical challenges in product development and manufacturing.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to hit milestones.
• Contribute to IP through patents and publications.
