Job summary

Must have hands-on TPM, RCA, Lean, autonomous maintenance, and planned maintenance experience; capable of driving improvements and working cross-functionally in a union environment where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field.
• 3-5 years of production experience in manufacturing/packaging.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production teams during shifts.
• Meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity targets.
• Lead 15+ employees with effective manpower allocation.
• Identify and eliminate losses, downtime, and equipment issues.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Maintain AM and PM standards; support maintenance.
• Lead shutdown maintenance and reduce production losses.
• Monitor equipment performance and improve OEE.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures (LOTO, GMP, BOS).
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other teams.
• Coach and develop production staff; manage interpersonal dynamics.
• Support new product development and equipment improvements.
• Operate effectively in union environments where applicable.
