We are seeking a BE/BC primary care physician to join one of the fastest-growing physician-owned and led teams in the area. Join a team that emphasizes collaboration!

Opportunity:

1. Join a well-established department of over 20 providers (including APPs).
2. Autonomy to practice physician-directed medicine; in-office procedural capabilities plus full lab, imaging, and other diagnostics.
3. One-year track to shareholder status.
4. Minimal call (only 2-3 weekends annually).
5. Large specialty consultation base and teaching opportunities with two FM residencies & IU School of Medicine.

Compensation Details:

1. Lucrative guaranteed base salary with RVU bonus potential and recruitment incentives. Earning potential over $300K.
