Job summary
Jacobs is seeking a technically focused FM/OEM Digital Delivery Specialist to develop and manage asset information across the project lifecycle, enabling reliable facility operations and long-term asset management. You will bridge design, construction, commissioning, and operations by ensuring data is captured, validated, and integrated into FM/CMMS/IWMS/EAM platforms.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in asset information management, BIM for FM, or related digital delivery.
- Strong COBie knowledge and asset data deliverables.
- Experience auditing AIM and working with CMMS/IWMS/EAM.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 and data governance concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Asset Information Models (AIM) for facility operations.
- Lead COBie data collection, validation, and delivery across projects.
- Define AIR and OIR, establish data standards and QA processes.
- Coordinate asset tagging standards and BIM-to-FM workflows.
- Support digital turnover, system integrations, and performance dashboards.
