CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an FM Engineering Operations Manager to plan, implement, and run mechanical operations and energy management for a large number of retail stores in the Miami area.

You will lead technical staff, oversee maintenance programs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role includes budgeting, staff development, and building records management within CBRE's global platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in commercial building/engineering operations.
• Universal EPA/CFC certification is required.
• Proficient with EMS programming and fire alarm systems.

• Conduct performance appraisals, mentor team members, and uphold company values through leadership.

About the role

As an FM Engineering Operations Manager at CBRE, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and running all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and staff development programs for a large number of retail stores in the area. Your role will involve leading all aspects of the efficient functioning of all engineering operations to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

What you’ll need

• Minimum seven years of experience in commercial building/engineering operations or equivalent trade school training.
• Must possess Universal EPA/CFC certification.
• Proficient computer skills including EMS programming and fire alarm systems familiarity.
