Job summary

Synbus Inc. is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to build modern cross-platform mobile applications for businesses and digital product clients.

You will develop responsive apps using Flutter and Dart, integrate APIs and backend services, and ensure performance across Android and iOS. The ideal candidate has strong Flutter experience, understands mobile architecture, and can translate UI/UX designs into polished, production-ready applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional Flutter and Dart development.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and application lifecycle.
• Experience with Riverpod, BLoC, Provider, or similar state management solutions.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and managing asynchronous data.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, or equivalent backend services.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture and clean coding practices.
• Experience with secure authentication and local data storage.
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience building and deploying Android and iOS applications.

Responsibilities

• Flutter Development: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• UI Implementation: Convert Figma designs into responsive, reusable, and visually consistent Flutter widgets.
• State Management: Implement maintainable state management using Riverpod, BLoC, Provider, or equivalent approaches.
• API Integration: Integrate REST APIs, authentication services, and backend systems.
• Database Integration: Implement local storage, caching, and cloud-connected data workflows.
• Application Architecture: Structure applications using maintainable design patterns and reusable components.
• Performance Optimization: Improve rendering efficiency, startup performance, memory usage, and application responsiveness.
• Testing: Develop unit, widget, and integration tests to improve application reliability.
• Deployment: Prepare Android and iOS builds, manage release configurations, and support app store publishing.
• Maintenance: Troubleshoot production issues, update packages, and maintain application compatibility.
