Qualifications

• 3+ лет опыта Flutter-разработки
• Опыт интеграции REST API и работы с JSON

• Знание BLoC и Provider для управления состоянием
• Умение проектировать, разрабатывать, тестировать и поддерживать мобильные приложения
• Опыт CI/CD для Flutter (Codemagic, GitHub Actions)
• Опыт работы с Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics)
• Уровень английского не ниже Intermediate
• Опыт нативной разработки под Android (Java/Kotlin) и iOS (Swift/Obj-C)

Responsibilities

• Разработка кроссплатформенного банковского приложения на Flutter для iOS и Android
• Миграция существующей функциональности из нативных Swift и Kotlin в Flutter
• Адаптация решения к кросс-платформенной архитектуре
• Обновление сопоставления API и связанных переменных в рамках миграции

Andersen is hiring a Flutter Developer in Almaty for a project enhancing banking self-service kiosks and delivering secure, user-friendly digital card solutions. The customer is a large financial institution serving millions of retail and corporate clients. It combines a broad physical presence with strong investment in digital platforms, mobile solutions, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, and open integrations.

• Developing a cross-platform Corporate Banking application using Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Migrating existing mobile application functionality from native Swift and Kotlin implementations to Flutter.
• Adapting the existing solution to a cross-platform architecture.
• Modifying and updating API endpoint mappings and related variables as part of the application migration.
• Integrating the application with existing APIs and ensuring seamless communication with backend services.
• Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools throughout the development process.
• Independently analyzing the existing solution and making technical decisions when technical requirements are incomplete, insufficiently detailed, or unavailable.
• Adapting to changing priorities and rapidly adjusting development approaches based on evolving project needs.
• Ensuring timely task delivery under tight deadlines within a startup-style project environment.

• Experience as a Flutter Developer for 3+ years.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON.
• Experience working with AI tools and technologies.
• Ability to optimize API requests and manage data efficiently.
• Knowledge of BLoC and Provider architectural patterns for application state management.
• Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile applications.
• Experience with build automation and version control systems.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests in Flutter.
• Familiarity with quality assurance tools such as Flutter Driver and Appium.
• Willingness to share knowledge with the team, support colleagues, and onboard new employees.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter (e.g., Codemagic, GitHub Actions).
• Experience working with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics).
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
• Hands-on experience with native Android development (Java/Kotlin) and iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).
