Job summary

Вы будете владеть backend‑воркфлоу end‑to‑end, отслеживать транзакции, расследовать инциденты в продакшене и безопасно выпускать исправления, минимизируя риски релиза и обеспечивая стабильность системы.

Qualifications

• Минимум 2 года коммерческой разработки на Java.
• Опыт в FinTech, банковском деле или платежах, включая production backend.
• Опыт интеграции внешних систем (core banking, платежные сети и т.п.).
• Знание банковских бизнес‑процессов (регистрация клиентов, верификация, переводы, кредиты и т.д.).
• Знание Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Spring Security.
• Опыт работы с REST/SOAP, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT; Kafka или аналоги.
• Опыт PostgreSQL и SQL; микросервисы, Camunda BPMN.
• Опыт Docker, Git, Maven; CI/CD; базовые знания Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Опыт логирования, мониторинга, отладки и расследования production‑инцидентов.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и поддержка backend‑рабочих процессов банковской инфраструктуры на Java; владение задачами на уровне системы.
• Отслеживание и трассировка транзакций между сервисами, анализ потоков данных и зависимостей.
• Расследование продакшн‑инцидентов по логам и состоянию БД; выявление корневых причин.
• Реализация, тестирование и безопасное развёртывание исправлений в продакшн‑среде; минимизация рисков релиза.

Andersen is hiring a Java Developer for a project developing a digital banking SuperApp and delivering secure, scalable banking services, payment processing, and seamless system integrations. The customer is a prominent financial institution, offering a wide range of services to individuals and businesses. With a focus on digital transformation, the company leverages advanced technologies to enhance efficiency, security, and customer experience.

Задачи:

• Independently developing, delivering, and supporting end-to-end banking backend workflows using Java, taking ownership beyond individual development tasks.
• Tracing customer transactions across multiple backend services to analyze data flows, dependencies, and system behavior.
• Investigating and reproducing production incidents using application logs and database state to identify root causes.
• Implementing, testing, and safely deploying fixes to production, ensuring system stability and minimizing release risks.

Требования:

• Commercial Java development experience for 2+ years.
• Hands-on experience in FinTech, banking, or payments, including production backend systems.
• Experience with banking workflows such as customer registration and verification, cards, transfers, loans, deposits, or currency exchange.
• Experience integrating external systems, such as core banking, card processing, payment networks, or other external services.
• Familiarity with secure banking flows such as OTP, authentication, transaction signing, and biometric verification, including their behavior under load and in failure scenarios.
• Good knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, OAuth2/OIDC, and JWT.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems; understanding of idempotency, retries, and error handling.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL, including transactions and query optimization.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and Camunda BPMN.
• Experience with Docker, Git, Maven, and CI/CD; basic knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience with application logging, monitoring, debugging, and production issue investigation.
• Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit 5 and Mockito.
• Level of English – Intermediate and above.

• Familiarity with GraphQL, Resilience4j, mTLS, X.509 certificates, or hexagonal architecture
• Experience with Testcontainers and production monitoring tools such as ELK and Prometheus
