Community Medical Center in Missoula, MT is seeking an APSI Fluorosuite Charge RN to lead the team through the patient care process from admission to discharge during day shifts. Requires Montana RN license, ADN, and BLS; BSN preferred. Two years hospital experience with adult moderate sedation is ideal.

You will mentor staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safe, high-quality fluoroscopic care. This role includes care coordination and staff supervision.

Competenze

• Montana RN license or Compact RN license with Montana endorsement.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS required; CAPA preferred.
• Hospital nursing experience with 2 years; adult moderate sedation in ER/Endo; outpatient surgery preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge or transfer.
• Complete pre-anesthesia assessments and prepare patients for scheduled procedures.
• Provide nursing care before, during, and after fluoroscopic procedures.
• Educate patients and families and act as patient advocate.
• Lead and mentor staff, promoting safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Coordinate daily operations: workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
• Develop staff schedules and provide clinical coverage in Fluorosuite.
