Community Medical Center in Missoula, MT seeks an APSI Fluorosuite Charge RN for a full-time day-shift role combining direct patient care with department leadership in the fluoroscopy suite. You will coordinate daily operations, mentor staff, prepare patients, and oversee scheduling, supplies, and compliance for fluoroscopic and image-guided procedures.

A Montana RN license (or Compact) and BLS are required; BSN preferred.

Competenze

Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement required.
Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
BSN preferred; BLS certification required at hire; CAPA preferred.

Mansioni

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge or transfer.
Complete pre-anesthesia assessments and prepare patients for procedures.
Provide nursing care before, during, and after fluoroscopic and image-guided procedures.
Educate patients and families and advocate for patients throughout the care experience.
Lead and mentor staff while promoting safety, quality, and teamwork.
Coordinate daily department operations, including workflow, staffing, and patient scheduling.
Develop staff schedules and provide clinical coverage in the Fluorosuite as needed.
Manage fluoroscopy supplies, chart prep, procedure scheduling, and triage calls.
Oversee Fluoroscopy Charge Reconciliation and controlled substance compliance.
