Job summary

ProPetro is seeking a Fluid Technician Field Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of Fluid Technician Leads during hydraulic fracturing operations. You will quickly resolve fluid system issues and ensure accurate dosing and chemical handling at the well site.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, managing timecards, enforcing HSE policies, coordinating supplies, and maintaining equipment readiness across shift schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Fluid Technician or Field Lab Technician roles.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with hydraulic fracturing equipment operation.
• Familiar with API sand sieve analysis and pH testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Fluid Technician Leads and resolve issues on HF jobs.
• Ensure accurate dosing by testing liquid additives and sand sieve analysis.
• Verify chemicals and containers align with job specs on site.
• Manage time and attendance, training, and daily priorities for crew.
• Enforce HSE policies and environmental compliance.
