Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Fabrication Technician (Fluid Systems) to fabricate and install ground support equipment for LOX and fuel system operations. You will work from engineering blueprints to create tubing and piping systems, troubleshoot field issues, and support pad buildout and testing facilities.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with pressurized systems, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to meet tight timelines in a highly safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with pressurized, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
• Build, install, maintain, and troubleshoot ground support equipment (GSE) including pumps, tanks, valves, and fluid system plumbing.
• Operate and maintain high-pressure systems, pumps, pneumatic components, and related equipment.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair GSE hardware and related mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, troubleshoot, and repair GSE hardware and related mechanical systems.
• Work from engineering blueprints to create tubing/piping systems and customized pneumatic panels.
• Support LOX and fuel farm infrastructure and related pad buildout/test facility equipment.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards across operations.
