Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hydraulic systems or related field.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and records.
• Team-oriented with cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Test hydraulic manifolds with automated benches and manual testing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic system issues.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Production teams to resolve testing and process concerns.
• Train and support employees on testing procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate records using company software and reporting systems.
• Assist with assembly, staging, and movement of products as needed.
• Support quality initiatives and complete non-conformance documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following ISO/OSHA and safety standards.
