Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an on-site Machine Operator to operate fluff converting lines, ensuring safe handling of finished goods and strict quality adherence. You may work night or day shifts in this 24/7 operation and will join a team focused on safety and efficiency.

You will support changeovers, monitor quality, adjust equipment settings, and record production data while maintaining GMP standards and collaborating with peers to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must operate converting lines safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Be flexible to work different shifts, including nights.

Responsibilities

• Operate fluff converting lines safely and efficiently.
• Participate in changeovers and troubleshoot line ops.
• Check and maintain product quality per specifications.
• Adjust speeds, pressures, temperatures and material flow.
• Record production data in the assigned systems.
• Supply packaging materials to line as needed.
• Inspect finished goods and correct routine quality issues.
• Maintain safety, GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate with team to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Submit Maintenance requests and assist when possible.
• Perform quality tests, analyze data, and adjust processes.
• Collaborate daily with Packers and other operators.
• Mentor/lead line crew and train colleagues.
• Use material handling equipment as requested.
