Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving growth, forging strategic partnerships, and navigating emerging market trends? If you're passionate about shaping long-term business strategy and leading high-impact initiatives, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Chief Business Development Officer to define and execute our global growth strategy, unlock new market opportunities, and work closely with the executive team to drive sustainable, cross-functional success.

What you will do:

  1. Develop and lead business development strategy aligned with corporate goals, focusing on market expansion and long-term growth;
  2. Identify new markets, industries, and partnership opportunities to drive revenue and geographical expansion;
  3. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, vision alignment, and business direction;
  4. Monitor CX trends, AI disruptions, and competitor activities to proactively evolve offerings and messaging;
  5. Lead multi-channel revenue generation efforts, including pricing strategy, forecasting, and margin optimization;
  6. Set and achieve sales targets in partnership with sales and marketing teams;
  7. Mentor and manage the business development team, fostering a high-performance, consultative culture;
  8. Ensure cross-functional alignment between business development, marketing, and operations;
  9. Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver business insights to the executive team and Board;
  10. Leverage insights from CRM, revenue analytics, and client feedback to iterate and improve strategies;
  11. Manage risks and compliance in all business development activities, ensuring ethical and legal standards are met.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  1. 4+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic growth roles, preferably within:
    1. Customer support / CX outsourcing;
    2. SaaS / tech-enabled services;
    3. B2B (enterprise) solutions.
  2. Background in managing international teams, clients, and markets (especially the US, EU, and APAC);
  3. Full professional proficiency in English, including high-level business and strategic communication;
  4. Willingness to travel for strategic meetings, events, and client visits;
  5. Strong understanding of the modern CX ecosystem, including human-AI integration, support KPIs, and the strategic impact of customer service;
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions and identify market gaps;
  7. Experience navigating complex deal cycles, including legal, procurement, and solution design;
  8. Skills in building partnerships and ecosystems that drive co-selling and service bundling;
  9. Ability to think beyond sales: understands branding, positioning, market timing, and internal cross-functional alignment;
  10. Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset;
  11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Will be a great plus:

  1. Remote-first or hybrid experience;
  2. Experience collaborating with or selling AI, automation, or customer service platforms is a strong advantage.
