Job summary

Bank of China is offering an internship to support Regulatory Change Management and FLU Compliance Oversight. The role focuses on BAU tasks in regulatory change management, and testing in the FLU area, with exposure to compliant reporting and meeting preparation.

You will assist with various regulatory tasks, control testing, and monthly/quarterly reporting materials while developing strong Excel, PowerPoint, and written communication skills in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Experience in financial industry or project management helpful.
• Enjoy working across multiple business lines and functions.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fast learner with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with regulatory change management tasks.
• Assist with control testing for compliance risk areas in the FLUs.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly Compliance Metrics Heat Map tasks as needed.
• Assist with monthly FLU BSA Officer meeting reporting materials and quarterly AMLCC Sub-Committee meeting reporting preparation.
• Assist with minutes for bi-weekly and monthly FLU BSA Officer meetings and other tasks as needed.
