Job summary

Yusen Logistics is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our Northampton facility (NN7 2QA). Working Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm with occasional weekend work, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the site and operate MHE to assist operations with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

You’ll handle loading/unloading, complete paperwork, and strive to improve processes while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• FLT/Counterbalance/Reach truck/Pallet stacker licence (A2).
• Literacy and numeracy.
• Good level of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers.
• Operate MHE to support operations.
• Complete relevant paperwork and reports.
• Adhere to H&S procedures and PPE use.
• Seek ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
