Job summary

Well Werks Energy Llc is seeking a Flowback Operator for on-site work in the United States to set up locations, perform drill-out, frac watch, and well testing procedures while following safety policies.

The role requires regular equipment operation, paperwork via multiple forms, and coordination with district managers and customers. This is a safety-sensitive position demanding diligence, on-call travel, and strict paperwork discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Ability to travel and be on call 24/7.
• Pre- and post-employment drug/alcohol tests must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Set up locations and rigs for flowback operations.
• Operate choke manifolds, separators, flowback tanks.
• Monitor fluids and gases and report changes.
• Complete daily paperwork (timesheets, JSA, loadout forms).
• Maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist in drill-out and rig-up/rig-down as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and safety training participation.
