Job summary

WISCO is hiring a Flowback Day Supervisor to lead daily well testing and flowback operations in Williston, North Dakota. You will supervise crews, ensure safe and efficient job execution, and deliver high-quality service to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include rig-up/rig-down, coordinating equipment needs, monitoring performance, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining accurate job records.

Qualifications

• Flowback/well testing experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment and safety practices.
• Ability to lead crews and problem-solve in the field.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
