Flow to Work Production Operator Maintainer (Solution Mix & Converting)

Join us as a Flow to Work Production Operator Maintainer (Solution Mix & Converting) at Kimberly-Clark.

Position Overview

This role is based in Maumelle, AR, and involves leading team activities, operating machinery, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will support the production of high-quality products and contribute to delivering better care worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to meet site deliverables, following standard work and coordinating with third-party supervisors.
  • Operate machinery and supply raw materials for production.
  • Conduct daily machine activities including sanitization, grade change, and preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and perform minor adjustments.
  • Participate in daily production meetings to update on machine status and escalate issues.
  • Train new and current Production Operators to build team capability.
  • Provide updates on machine performance, quality incidents, and EHS events.
  • Manage daily operations of the Solution Mix Asset, including scheduling, cleaning, and supporting maintenance and projects.
  • Perform quality tests for batch release.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years manufacturing experience, preferably with technical college background, working with PLCs, robotics, and high-speed equipment.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of mechanical assessments and background checks.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform routine machine maintenance.
