HCA Healthcare – CRL North Carolina Division seeks a Flow Cytometry Technologist to join our laboratory team and ensure accurate, timely flow cytometry analyses for patient care. The role emphasizes quality, meticulous testing, and collaboration with clinicians to support diagnostic workflows.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or related field, have 3+ years of clinical lab experience, and possess flow cytometry expertise with relevant certifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in laboratory science or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical laboratory work.
• 1+ years of flow cytometry experience is preferred.
• Certification by nationally recognized certification agency (i.e. ASCP, AMT, AACC, AAB, AGT, ABT, ASHI, NSH).
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Good visual acuity including color perception.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in laboratory science or related field

Experience:

• 3+ years of clinical laboratory work
• 1+ years of flow cytometry experience is preferred
• Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).

• Certification by nationally recognized certification agency (i.e. ASCP, AMT, AACC, AAB, AGT, ABT, ASHI, NSH).
