We are seeking a Senior Research Associate or Scientist to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of phenotypic assays supporting cell therapy applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on scientist with strong experience in flow cytometry assay development, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, optimize, and validate flow cytometry-based assays for phenotypic and functional characterization of therapeutic cells.
  • Analyze complex multicolor flow cytometry data and contribute to data interpretation and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with immunology, process development, and translational teams to support program goals.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records, write SOPs, protocols, and technical reports.
  • Present findings to internal stakeholders and contribute to scientific publications or regulatory filings as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Bioengineering, or related field.
  • Sr. Research Associate: BS/MS with 3–6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Scientist: PhD with 0–3 years of postdoctoral or industry experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with multicolor flow cytometry assay development (panel design, staining, acquisition, data analysis).
  • Proficiency with flow cytometry analysis software (e.g., FlowJo, FCS Express).
  • Experience working with primary human cells; T cell or CAR-T experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with phenotypic and functional assays, including cytokine profiling and cell viability/apoptosis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in cell therapy, immuno-oncology, or translational research.
  • Familiarity with other assay platforms (e.g., ELISA, Luminex, qPCR).
