Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in flow cytometry including troubleshooting assays.
• Ability to communicate with vendors for instrument troubleshooting.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate lab documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flow cytometers including daily cleans and QCs.
• Communicate with cytometer vendors to resolve instrument issues.
• Isolate PBMCs for flow cytometric analysis.
• Perform ELISA and MSD assays.
• Collaborate across research sites and share best practices.
