Qualifications

• Basic biology understanding related to flow cytometry.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair flow cytometers and Cytek Upgrade products with proficiency in a timely manner.
• Support customers professionally to uphold Cytek’s service reputation.
• Identify customer needs and contribute to product improvements.
• Manage daily schedule to address urgent issues and set expectations for less urgent tasks.
• Provide telephone technical support, schedule visits, gather problem data, isolate faults, and close site visits with quality.
