Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution or equivalent.
• Eligibility for certification within six months of hire by an approved agency (ASCP, NCA, AMT or equivalent).
• Must obtain certification and have records on file per CAP/CMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to high complexity clinical laboratory tests in an assigned department to provide physicians with rapid and accurate laboratory test results.
