Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a laboratory professional to perform moderate to high complexity clinical tests in our state-of-the-art laboratory in Bellevue, WA. This role provides physicians with rapid, accurate results to support patient care.

The schedule is Mon-Fri, 7am to 3:30pm, and candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a lab science and be eligible for national certification, with certification required within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Eligibility for Certification by ASCP, NCA or AMT or state certification.
• Must obtain certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to high complexity clinical laboratory tests in an assigned department.
• Provide physicians with rapid and accurate laboratory test results.
• Support timely reporting and quality control within the laboratory.
