What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Perform routine high complexity analyses and interpretations of flow cytometry dot plots in testing leukemia/lymphoma specimens
  • Document quality assurance and quality control processes accurately
  • Operate laboratory equipment as needed to complete testing
  • Prioritize samples according to established policies
  • Assist in training laboratory personnel and participate in required Continuing Education activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience
  • Experience in Flow Cytometry analysis
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail along with strong communication and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), CLS(NCA), or SCYM(ASCP) certification
  • Proficient with laboratory information systems
  • Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs
