General Mills, Inc. seeks a General Plant Laborer for our Great Falls, MT facility. Starting wage is $24.11 per hour, with $0.50 more on 2nd shift and $0.55 more on 3rd shift.

Shifts run 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with 8-hour shifts available. Plant operates 24/7, with overtime opportunities and strong benefits. Responsibilities include supporting packaging, processing, sanitation, and equipment changeovers, while adhering to HACCP and safety requirements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of consistent job history.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to wear PPE as required and comply with grooming standards.

Mansioni

• Support production packaging and processing operations.
• Support sanitation operations.
• Assist operators during bottlenecks or when lines are shut down.
• Perform sanitation and cleanup duties and HACCP documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and trainings.
