Job summary

The Bouqs Co in Costa Mesa is seeking a part-time Florist to craft Bouqs designed bouquets and maintain partner relationships. You will assist customers, select stems, and ensure brand standards are reflected in every arrangement.

Prepare floral arrangements per design specs, manage live inventory, support on-site events, and uphold visual standards. Requires 2+ years of floral experience, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and availability for 24 hours per week with mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of floral design experience.
• Availability to work up to 24 hours per week including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder if needed.
• Knowledge of Bouqs brand and product offerings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, answer questions, locate merchandise and upsell products.
• Prepare and assemble floral arrangements following design specifications.
• Inspect flowers for freshness and quality to meet Bouqs standards.
• Maintain store visuals and display products according to guidelines.
• Process sales in the POS system and support cross-channel sales.
• Manage daily inventory including receiving live shipments and stock movement.
• Participate in store-wide inventory tasks and reporting feedback to management.
• Assist with off-site events when needed.
