Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Florie’s Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team at Florie’s in Palm Beach. You will maintain service stations, assist with table maintenance, and help deliver an elevated dining experience in a luxury resort setting.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, and service standards in a high-end restaurant environment. A high school diploma and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role preferred.
• Previous hotel/ resort- or Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Support servers, runners, and leadership during service.
• Maintain and replenish service stations; assist with table maintenance.
• Stock and organize silverware, glassware, and dining supplies.
• Prepare mise en place for restaurant, bar, and terrace.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wines and beverages to assist guests.
• Communicate with team to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with food collection and delivery when required.
• Prepare specialty coffees as needed.
• Keep restaurant areas clean and organized; assist with opening/closing tasks.

About the role:

The Florie’s Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by maintaining exceptional table service, preparing and replenishing service stations, and anticipating guest and team needs throughout each meal period. This role helps ensure Florie’s restaurant, bar, and terrace remain organized, polished, and prepared to deliver an elevated dining experience. This position is part of the Food & Beverage team at Florie’s and reports to Food & Beverage Management.

What you will do:

• Support Servers, Cocktail Servers, Runners, and restaurant leadership throughout service

• Assist with table maintenance, including water service, clearing plates, crumbing tables, and resetting tables

• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout each meal period

• Prepare appropriate mise en place for the restaurant, bar, and terrace

• Stock and maintain silverware, glassware, plates, condiments, finger towels, and coffee service supplies

• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, professional, and personalized service

• Maintain basic knowledge of food preparation, menu offerings, wines, and beverages to assist with guest inquiries

• Communicate closely with Servers, Culinary, and other team members to ensure seamless service

• Collect food from the kitchen and support food delivery when required

• Prepare specialty coffees as needed

• Maintain restaurant supplies and ensure proper storage and organization

• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, bar, terrace, and service areas

• Support other Food & Beverage areas as business needs require

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and Four Seasons service standards

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position preferred

• Previous hotel, resort, restaurant, or Food & Beverage experience preferred

• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
• Basic food and beverage knowledge with a desire to continue learning
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate service needs
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift and perform the physical responsibilities associated with restaurant service
