- Admitted to practice in Florida (Florida Bar).
- 5-15+ years' experience in workers' compensation or related experience.
Responsibilities
- File review and legal analysis of workers’ compensation claims.
- Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements.
- Represent clients at depositions and hearings.
- Manage cases from start to finish.
