• Essential Functions and Responsibilities : ( Other duties may be assigned) Ability to manage files from inception to trial.
• Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research and writing abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and strong work ethic.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida with good standing.
