Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a litigation attorney to manage high-value cases in state and federal courts, handling all phases from pre-trial to trial. A proactive approach to litigation and client representation is required.

The candidate will meet with clients, manage discovery, coordinate depositions, and lead case preparation through to verdict, with opportunities to handle mediations and post-trial motions.

Qualifications

• JD required and Florida bar license in good standing.
• 1–5 years of experience as a personal injury litigator.
• Ability to manage a large caseload from filing to verdict.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven negotiation and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and file lawsuits.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Schedule and attend fact witness depositions and expert depositions.
• Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Try cases to verdict and file post-trial motions.
• Lead and guide a litigation team and participate in file audits.
