Job summary

OSP LP is seeking a compliance monitoring professional to review monthly and annual reports, perform on-site inspections of Florida housing properties, and train staff. The role involves coordinating with owners and management, documenting findings, and ensuring adherence to Housing Credits and related program regulations.

The position requires 2–4 years of experience, travel 5–7 days per month, and proficiency with MS Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in compliance monitoring.
• Must be flexible and enjoy working with staff of all levels.
• Must be available to travel 5 to 7 days per month.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly and annual reports for compliance with IRS, HUD, State and local regulations.
• Perform on-site management reviews and physical inspections of housing properties.
• Create and review written findings and program report discrepancies.
• Train staff during on-site reviews and participate in workshops.
• Coordinate with owners, management companies, and agency staff.
• Prepare 8823 worksheets for non-compliant housing properties.
