You will review medical records, draft motions, attend hearings, and help prepare for depositions while advocating for clients in court. The ideal candidate has strong research and writing skills, along with excellent oral and written communication, and will handle discovery and court appearances.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Florida and 3–5 years in General Liability defense.
• Strong research and writing abilities for motions and reports.
• Ability to attend court hearings and depositions and manage discovery responses.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and summarizing medical records for trial presentations.
• Drafting motions and attending hearings to represent clients.
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as needed.
• Drafting reports across pre-trial to appellate contexts.
• Responding to discovery requests and filing related motions.
• Regular court appearances to advocate for clients.
• Taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
