Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in Florida is seeking a Scholar Recruiter who will work with prospective families to apply and enroll, building relationships with CBOs and local communities. You will lead outreach, tours, events, and follow-up communications to drive enrollment.

Requirements include 2+ years in field marketing or canvassing, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. English/Spanish or English/Creole speakers preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse communities.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Experience in field marketing or canvassing preferred.
• English/Spanish or English/Creole language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community outreach, presence, and awareness in Florida.
• Schedule, host, and facilitate in-person and virtual tours and events.
• Engage with prospective families one-on-one at local events.
• Identify community organizations to build pipelines for Success Academy.
• Manage leads and respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Track recruitment activity and contribute to internal reports.
• Meet daily and weekly targets; support lottery processes.
