Job summary

LuxTalent Group seeks an experienced Civil/Environmental Engineer to lead ecological restoration design in Florida, focusing on streams, wetlands and habitat restoration. You will manage scope, schedule and budget for complex projects while nurturing client relationships.

The role requires a Florida PE, 12+ years of experience and strong modeling skills (TR55/TR20, HEC-RAS) with AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• :12+ years of experience designing ecological restoration/mitigation projects.
• :Professional Engineer Licensed in Florida.
• :Rosgen Level 4 Certified or River Course equivalent.

Responsibilities

• :Monitor project scope, schedule, budgets and invoicing.
• :Develop project management plans and budgets.
• :Coordinate subconsultants and manage staff on projects.
• :Lead client presentations and marketing proposals.
• :Oversee technical resources and quality plans on projects.
• :Coordinate field assessments, stream/wetland design, and modeling work.
• :Travel to client sites as required.
