Florida Blue is seeking a Retail Member Advisor to enhance member satisfaction through effective service and sales strategies. The role involves resolving inquiries, educating members, and selling health insurance products. Join a supportive team that values well-being and professional growth.
Retail Member Advisor's primary responsibilities include servicing existing members through issue resolution and product consulting, as well as acquiring new and renewal business.
At least 3 years of related work experience in a sales and service environment. Must hold a Florida 2-40 license within 60 days. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Agents employed with Florida Blue are permitted to schedule appointments with Florida Blue, USAble, FCL, and Health Options only.
Experience with health insurance products, including individual and group plans. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing.
Primarily sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Activities involve mostly sitting, with occasional traversing.

Hourly Pay Range: $20 - $33
Typical Pay Range: $20 - $25
Final pay determined based on market factors, internal equity, and experience.
