Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of third-party auto liability claims through resolution.
• Evaluate liability and damages including medical records and billing.
• Prepare pre-suit evaluations and settlement proposals.
• Conduct exposure, risk, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Provide timely, well-supported recommendations on case strategy and settlements.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with insureds, claims personnel, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors.
