Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of litigation experience, including exposure to insurance defense, and hold an active Florida law license. Excellent written and verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense or related areas.
• Jury trial experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of local and state discovery rules, trial procedures, and substantive law relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and other legal assignments in accordance with guidelines established by the Law Department.
• Prepare and summarize reports for proceedings.
• Trial strategy and case development.
