Job summary

River Valley Co-op in Easthampton, MA is seeking a Floral Team Member to assist customers with plant and floral questions while keeping displays fresh and inviting.

You’ll handle deliveries, maintain displays, ensure accurate pricing and signage, and support the Produce team in delivering friendly, reliable service during evenings and weekends. Commitment to safety, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and regular attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with floral product questions.
• Offer suggestions for purchases in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Receive floral deliveries; check for damage, quality, and accuracy.
• Maintain floral displays; trim, hydrate, and display fresh-cut flowers; water and maintain outdoor and indoor plants.
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage of products.
• Attend department and storewide meetings; perform other tasks as assigned by the Produce Assistant Manager.
