Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to join our team. Location: various stores within your territory; schedule includes select mornings and days. You will ensure attractive flower displays, restock inventory, and report progress via mobile device. Training provided, and transportation reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure stores are prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities.
