Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to ensure attractive flower displays in assigned stores. You will restock inventory, use a mobile device to report activities, and interact professionally with staff and customers across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include festive-season readiness, store resets, and teamwork, with a focus on independent, proactive display optimization during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during peak festive seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas).
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
• Work independently while supporting teammates as needed.
