Key Floral, Inc. in Augusta, ME is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service one location year-round, averaging about 20 hours per week with up to 30 hours during holidays. Additional hours may be available within a 30-mile radius with local travel required.

Do you love fresh flowers and creating displays that make people smile? Join our team as a Merchandiser and bring beauty to the floral department!

We’re looking for a part-time merchandiser to service one of our customer locations in Augusta, ME. This year-round role averages 20 hours per week, with increased weekly hours up to 30 during holiday seasons. Additional hours may also be available within a 30-mile radius. Must have the ability to travel locally as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Merchandise and maintain fresh floral displays.
• Water, clean, and care for floral product.
• Complete light paperwork and follow planograms.
• Lift, bend, and move floral product (up to 40 lbs).
• Create beautiful, eye-catching presentations that brighten customers’ days!

Schedule:

• Mondays & Thursdays: ~3 hours per day starting at 8am
• Tuesdays & Fridays: ~6 hours per day starting at 8am
• Saturdays OR Sundays: ~2 hours
• Flexibility required around major floral holidays

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable and self-motivated — able to work independently.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Prior floral or merchandising experience is a plus (but we’re happy to train the right person!).
